MMDA Advertising and Registration

The Miniature Mediterranean Donkey Association is a Company registered in the UK.  Please feel free to advertise your donkeys as registered with the MMDA if they are. 

The MMDA register individual donkeys and not a stud farm or service; sellers and those offering stallions for stud please make sure your advertisements are clear.

Buyers, make sure that you see MMDA registrations for any donkey or foal you buy, or for a stallion used for stud service. Buyers are advised to research the breed before buying. The MMDA offers lots of guidance on this page and you can follow us on Facebook too.  As with any animal purchase, beware rogue traders.  These can be spotted by demands for deposits or payment in full before you have even met the seller.  Get to know the breeder/owner before agreeing to buy, or pay any money.  If the breeder is too pushy and cant provide a good breeding, medical and dental history, be a little suspicious.  Meet the donkey too and make sure that you can provide all the adequate shelter, space and time to care for these wonderful animals.  Don't be afraid to ask questions or approach a MMDA member.  They will more than likely offer you help and point you in the right direction.

Joining Form

MEMBERSHIP

Single membership £20 per year or £67 for four years *£13 saving* - allows one vote.

Family membership £25 per year or £90 for four years *£10 saving* - allows two votes.

Junior membership FREE (up to 16 years of age) - no vote.

Membership runs from 1st April to 31st March.

Subscriptions received after 1st January will cover subscription to 31st March the following year.
